Climbing Pass

This pass entitles you to unrestricted climbing for 1 hour on all our boulders including the WORLD’s BIGGEST bouldering penguin and our Virtual Reality Wall.

Our Climb Club classes have a combined focus on fun and skill development, for children aged 6+ years.

Bouldering (kids climbing) is super fun, but as with all physical activities, there are risks. Prior to using Umbrella Nine Co’s facilities, you must complete a waiver either online or in store. Save time and fill it out online before you come. No need to bring it in, we’ll be able to look it up when you arrive.


My guests haven’t confirmed. What can I do?

If you are concerned about final numbers you may book for the minimum number (10 children). Once you have confirmed any additional guests contact us and we will add them to your booking if space is still available.

What times can I book a party?

We have 2 party rooms allocated for children’s parties. Each party room is booked for 2 hours including 15 mins set up and 15 mins clean up at the end (children attend the party for 1.5 hours and climb for 1 hour). The starting times are staggered for each room to maximise climbing for each party.

Are there any age or height restrictions for kids?

Yes, there are! Kids need to be in primary school and be at least 6 years old). There are no height restrictions.

Can I bring decorations in for my kids party?

Absolutely. Just keep in mind that your time in the room is limited and that you will need to clean the room before you leave.

Can we bring in our own food?


Can we hire the venue out exclusively for a kids party?

We can host exclusive events outside of our core hours! Simply get in touch with our team for further details.

How many kids do I need to be able to book a party?

Our minimum requirement of party guests is 10 (15 on Fridays). We don’t have a strict maximum, but for 16+ we will combine 2 party rooms to ensure the space is suitable. Please keep in mind the ratio of Adults to climbers.

What food options are available?

We support BYO food and drink. We can provide a number of drink options if required (Milkshakes, Coffee etc.) and we are also happy to provide our Merry Pop ice creams. Use if you would like to discuss this option.

Can I get a refund for no-shows on the day?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds. If you know ahead of time that you cannot host your planned party, please reach out to us as early as possible. We will see what we may be able to do in terms of rescheduling.

Can parents climb?

Absolutely, bouldering is fun for everyone – just keep in mind the ratio of climbers to adults.

What happens if we’re late to a party?

We’ll do what we can and get you into your session as quickly as possible – but keep in mind that you’ll still finish at the scheduled time. We recommend arriving a few minutes prior to your booking.

Can I do a deposit payment for my kids party?

No. We require full payment at the time of booking – if you need to add additional party goers please contact us on
